On October, 16-17, 2014 the XІ International scientific conference
„BIOGRAPHY AS A TEXT” will take
place in the Chernivtsi National University named after Yuriy Fedkovich. The
department of foreign literature and theory of literature, as an organizer of
the conference, invites you to take part in its work.
Basic thematic directions:
1.
Biographical method in the context of the
modern literary techniques.
2.
Literary interpretations of a biography.
3.
Dramaturgy of a biography.
4.
Biography in terms of genre paradigms.
5.
An artist as a text.
The Conference working languages are
Ukrainian, Russian, English.
For participating in the conference the
dead line for submission of applications is June, 15, 2014. Send your applications to the given e-mail.

2. Theme of the report.
3. Summary (10-12 lines).
4. Academic degree, academic title, position,
institution.

Registration fee 200 UAH. (20 €).
Travel
and accommodation at the expense of the delegating organization.
Materials
submitted to the conference (drawn in accordance with certain requirements)
will be accepted during the registration
of participants and will be accepted to consideration by an editorial board
of the collected articles “Problems of
Literary Criticism” (professional scientific edition).
